MISCELLANEOUS
Attention Juniors and Parents/Guardians of Junior Students
An Important Reminder:
Per the State of Ohio, all students who will be entering 12th grade for the 2024-2025 School Year are required to have the 2nd dose of the Meningococcal MCV4 Vaccine (administered after 16 years old) or a new Immunization Exemption Form on file. We will need this documentation in the clinic when school begins on 8/19/2024. If you are a CTC student, the documentation must be submitted to THS, as we are the home school. The Meningococcal Vaccine needed is the A,C,W,Y strand. It may also be listed on your Immunization Record as Menactra or Meningitis MCV4.   Many students may have had the vaccine. You should check with your Health Care Provider.

The Miami County Public Health Department in Troy also administers the vaccine by appointment. Their number is 937-573-3518.   If you have any questions, please get in touch with Mrs. Makley in the clinic

at emakley@tippcity.k12.oh.us or at 937-667-8448.

On Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 5–5–9 pmTipp City will host a second Saturday event called" "Nosy Neighbor"." This event will provide tours that will take groups of people behind the scenes into unique locations in the beautiful historic downtown Tipp City. We are working with the Tipp Historical Society to provide the people inside the locations with the history of these places. There will be no more than five stops. We are looking for high school student volunteers to walk the groups to the locations where the Historical Society volunteers will present the history. The locations we are seeking to present are the Opera House, Hotel Gallery, Eagles, and the Roller Mil. The starting location will either be the Historical Society or the Downtown Partnership office, both of which are on Third St. If you need any more details about this event, please do not hesitate to reach out to Karmyn Buehrer at kblackford70@hotmail.com

If you would like to be added to (or deleted from) our morning announcements via email, please
