2024-2025 Registration
For NEW STUDENTS (Grades K-12)
Directions for New Student Registration (Students who are NOT currently enrolled in Tipp City Schools):
Click on the link below, which will take you to a Pre-Registration form.
In the Pre-Registration form, please select an appointment date and time using the SignUpGenius link.
After selecting an appointment, complete the Pre-Registration form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. You will receive an email confirming your pre-enrollment.
At the registration appointment, Central Registration will collect the required documentation (see list below), give you instructions on how to create your PowerSchool parent account, and assist you in completing the online registration forms.
All applicable documentation MUST be received in order to complete registration of any student.
Your registration appointment will be RESCHEDULED if you do not have all the required documentation listed above.
Required Documentation:
All of the following items MUST be presented during the registration process:
Valid Driver’s license or state issued photo identification of parent/guardian enrolling student .
Student’s Certified Birth Certificate (Must be an official birth certificate. Hospital records and/or copies will not be accepted).
Proof of Residency (Deed in your name, Current Lease Agreement in your name, or completed Residency Waiver).
Residency Waiver Criteria (click here):
Visit the Board of Education office to obtain a Residency Waiver (must be completed before registration appointment).
Residency Waivers require a Notary. Please plan accordingly.
A copy of the Deed or Lease Agreement for the person you are living with must accompany the completed Residency Waiver.

Tipp City Schools does not offer OPEN-ENROLLMENT.
You MUST be a Tipp City Schools resident in order to enroll in Tipp City Schools.

Proof of Custody.
Complete copy of custody papers in cases of legal separation or divorce, the parent who is enrolling student must present a court ordered custody agreement which indicates the parent enrolling the student is the residential custodian.
Complete copy of court order in the event of a student being court placed with a non-parent (foster placement, relative placement, etc.)
Immunization Record - dates student’s immunizations were administered (previous district may send with records).
Other items, if applicable:
If your student has an Individual Educational Plan (IEP), please bring copies of the IEP with you to your appointment.
