The 2024-2025 Current Student Forms are now available for updating.
Tipp City Schools is requesting that all current student families update their Forms for the 2024-25 school year. Please follow the instructions below for students who have been previously enrolled at Tipp City Schools.
DO NOT USE this for new registrations. New registrations must be completed through the following new students link.
How to update student forms:
Click on the Forms link below which directs you to the Power School Parent Portal. If you do not remember your login or password, you can reset it through PowerSchool. If you are still experiencing difficulties logging in, please click on the "Student Forms Help Log" at the bottom of this page.
2024-2025 Current Student Forms
On the home screen in Power School, there is a navigation bar on the left. Scroll down to Forms. Click Forms.
Complete the first page which is Student Information (if your address has changed, you must bring updated proof of residency to the board office);
You will be prompted to complete several forms. These include: Contacts, Family Notification System, Bus Transportation, Prescriptions, Medical, and Signature.
In addition, under agreements, there are several places you will need to sign and have your child present to agree.
If you do not have access to the Internet, you can visit the Tipp City Public Library and use their computers, or contact the Tipp City Schools Board of Education office to schedule an appointment to complete the Forms in person. Student forms MUST be updated before a student may attend Tipp City Schools.
